Thanks for all your caring concerns about the quality of service you guys provided for my car.
I am totally satisfied with the service and knowledge your staff relates to me, as a customer. You will be seeing me as soon as IRS check comes through, I still need to replace the oxygen sensor, before further damage is done, plus oil change will be due shortly as well.
Can’t tell you how many people, almost every week, stop and ask me how many miles per gallon I get with the Mini, while they step out of their Ford trucks or big Buicks. I just smile.
It is most unlikely that I would ever consider taking the Cooper for service anywhere else. I certainly depend on all of your staff to give me accurate information, laced with truth, which I believe you do.
